Address Changes / Incorrect Address

If you moved or need to change the address provided in your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct address in their order as we do not change what is submitted to us. Once your order has shipped, unless I was contacted prior, I am not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses.

If you would like to request a reship due to an incorrect address, you must purchase shipping again.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Estimated shipping times

Please note delays in shipping may occur due to the ongoing pandemic.

  • Canada: 5-15 business days
  • United States: 4-10 business days
  • Europe and Asia: 4-8 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 4-8 weeks

How fast do you ship out orders?

Processing times vary, but I try to ship out at least three times a week, Mondays and Fridays especially. However, in case of unexpected delays, expect general processing times for in-hand orders to be between 3-5 business days.

For preorders, those will ship as soon as production finishes, products are in hand, and have been quality checked.

Orders containing preorders will not ship until preorder products are in hand.

What are my shipping options?

For Canadians, we’ll use Canada Post. You can choose stamp shipping or tracking. The options will be available in cart.

For USA orders, orders will cross the border and will come with USPS-based tracking.

For all other international orders, shipping will either be via APC (priority full tracking) or Canada Post. For customers residing in the UK or EU, please visit our Etsy page.

Also please bear in mind international shipment speed may possibly take between 1-2 months and it is beyond our control, but we'll do our best with what we can do from here.
