No returns or exchanges
I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Should any problems occur with your order, notify within one week of arrival.
Cancellations
I can cancel and fully refund your order as long as your order has not shipped yet. Once it is shipped, your order cannot be canceled.
Address Changes / Incorrect Address
If you moved or need to change the address provided in your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct address in their order as we do not change what is submitted to us. Once your order has shipped, unless I was contacted prior, I am not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses.
If you would like to request your order to be reshipped, you must purchase shipping again.
Lost Packages
If tracking was provided with your order, the info you have will be the same as what I will have. Please contact your country's local postal service (eg. USPS for USA, Royal Mail for the UK, etc.) as they will have more info regarding your tracking.
I am not responsible for orders marked as delivered.
